Planning to shop for Thanksgiving or entertain out of town guests? Maybe you want to get an early jump on the holiday season? Our next SCRIP order is due Nov. 12th for a delivery date to you Nov. 20th! If you plan on shopping anyway why not earn credit in your student's band account? November 14th is the 34th annual Mountain View Holiday Bazaar. It has grown to over 220 vendors! We need YOUR help to continue making this a success. We will need help in several areas Saturday November 14th. Go to Charms (password is mvband), click on public calendar, and then click on the little multi-coloered hand to sign up. There are a few very easy little jobs and a few jobs with slightly longer commitments, but no one is asked to stay all day. The students will volunteer for this event, they truly love helping out and being a part of such a great event.
Can't make it November 14th? You can donate to the prize table! We need cash, gift cards, baskets, tickets to events, hotel stays, Apple/Android devices and any other ideas you can come up with. Contact email@example.com
Baked Goods are needed for the Bazaar! Make sure they are labeled with any allergens. And NO Cream cheese or Dairy items. Cakes, pies, cookies, breads, brownies, cake pops and bars are all welcome. Gluten Free items are also great sellers.

Join us for our final concert of the year June 2, 2015 at 7pm MVHS Auditorium
We would like to emphasize the immense significance of this concert. Our Mountain View Wind Ensemble, one of the best in the nation, will be the first high school to ever perform Maslanka's beautiful and emotive Symphony No. 9 in its entirety. Please come and support all the hard work that my fellow musicians and I have put into this piece! You will also be able to fully experience the music in the presence of David Maslanka himself!!
Help the MV Band with a pledge of your support!

There are numerous events throughout the year that require parent help to be successful. We ask that all parents sign up for at least one event throughout the year. Volunteering opportunities are listed in Charms under "Calendar".
To volunteer, parents must first be cleared through the district. Clearance packet available here.
